There are two plans, both billed monthly in US dollars, and both include every feature: daily checks, firewall probes, alerts in the dashboard and Slack, competitor tracking and log connectors with verified bot analytics.

How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days of full monitoring on the Agency allowance: as many as 10 sites, each with up to 100 key pages. It starts when you sign up with your work email, and no card is requested at any point.
A banner in the dashboard counts down the days left. When the trial ends, monitoring pauses: no new checks, no alerts, and log connectors stop recording visits. Everything already collected stays in your account, and choosing a plan resumes monitoring on the same sites. Agency resumes all of them; Pro resumes only your oldest site.
How do I pay for a plan?
Open Billing in the dashboard and choose Pro or Agency. The checkout is hosted by Lemon Squeezy and already knows your account and email, so your plan upgrades as soon as the payment goes through. Checkout opens once Lemon Squeezy finishes reviewing our store; until then the billing page shows Contact us to upgrade, and we set up your plan by email.
Lemon Squeezy is our reseller and merchant of record. In practice that means it processes the card, works out and collects the tax for your country (its sales tax and VAT docs explain how), issues the receipt and handles refunds back to your original payment method. We never see or store card numbers.
Subscriptions renew automatically every month until you cancel.
How do I switch between Pro and Agency?
Switch from Manage subscription or cancel on the billing page, which opens the Lemon Squeezy customer portal for your subscription. The portal's documentation covers changing plans, updating the card and viewing billing history.
Moving up to Agency raises your limit to 10 sites as soon as the change goes through. Moving down to Pro keeps monitoring the site you added first and pauses the rest. Paused sites keep their pages, alerts and visit history, so nothing is lost if you upgrade again later.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel at any time in two ways:
- In the dashboard, open Billing and click Manage subscription or cancel, then cancel in the Lemon Squeezy portal.
- Email editors@airanked.ai and we'll cancel it for you.
After you cancel, you won't be charged again and you keep access for the remainder of the month you've paid for. Then monitoring stops. Your data stays until you delete it: removing a site from the dashboard deletes its pages, alerts and visit data straight away.
How do refunds work?
Refunds follow the refund policy, which comes down to three rules:
- First payment: full refund if you ask within 14 days of it.
- Monthly renewals: no partial refunds for unused days in a month that has already started. Cancel before the next renewal instead.
- Mistakes: a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled or a charge caused by an error on our side is refunded in full whenever you tell us.
To ask, email editors@airanked.ai from the address on your account, or include that address in your message. The money goes back through Lemon Squeezy to the card or account you paid with; how long it takes to show up depends on your bank.
Where are my receipts and tax details?
Receipts come from Lemon Squeezy by email after each payment, and the customer portal keeps your billing history. You can add or update billing details such as a tax ID there, and the change applies to future invoices.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
No. The 14-day trial only asks for your work email. Because no card is on file, nothing can be charged when the trial ends: monitoring pauses and your data stays until you choose Pro or Agency on the billing page.
Can I get a refund after I've paid?
Yes. For two weeks after the first charge you can ask for a full refund by emailing editors@airanked.ai from your account address. Monthly renewals aren't refunded for unused days, but charges made by mistake, duplicate charges and charges after you cancelled are always refunded in full.
Why does my receipt say Lemon Squeezy?
Lemon Squeezy sells AI Ranked Monitor on our behalf as reseller and merchant of record. It processes the payment, adds the sales tax or VAT owed in your country and issues the receipt, so the charge appears under its name. We never see your card details.
What happens to my sites if I move from Agency to Pro?
Pro covers one site, so the site you added first keeps being monitored and the others are paused, not deleted. Their history stays in your account, and they resume if you move back to Agency or remove sites until the ones you want fit the plan.
Can prices change on an existing subscription?
Only with notice. The subscription terms say we email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your next renewal, which leaves time to cancel before it takes effect. Plans are month to month, so there's no annual commitment to wait out.
