Your first payment
If the monitor isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. No questions asked.
Monthly renewals
Plans renew every month. You can cancel at any time and you won't be charged again, and your plan keeps working until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused days in a month that has already started.
Charges made by mistake
If you were charged twice, charged after you cancelled, or charged because of an error on our side, we'll refund it in full whenever you tell us.
How to ask for a refund
Email editors@airanked.ai from the address on your account, or include it in your message. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, so refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. How long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
How to cancel
Open the billing page in your dashboard and choose "Manage subscription or cancel", or email us and we'll cancel it for you. The full subscription terms are in our terms of use.
